Off-Chain Service

For when a bera's impatient.

Once crypto is deposited into the Vault->Strategy, something needs to call harvest on the Strategy. This is usually done by an off-chain service that periodically calls harvest whenever it’s economically feasible (when the $ value of reward > $ value of gas for the transaction).

Although harvest is called by the off-chain service, it can also be called directly by a Bera if they wish to compound it even more frequently.
